These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Our Mart platform. Using our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Welcome to OUR MART – your trusted platform for shopping food items, electronics, and booking services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platforms and services. By registering or using OUR MART, you agree to the following terms:


1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to all digital interfaces of OUR MART including the User App, Delivery App, Executive App, and Store Manager App.

  • “User” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the User App.

  • “Service Provider” includes delivery executives, service executives, and store managers.

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to OUR MART and its legal entity.


2. User Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use OUR MART.

  • By using the platform, you confirm that you are capable of forming a binding contract.


3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • OUR MART is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.


4. Product and Service Information

  • We sell food products, electronics, and provide on-demand services.

  • Product availability, prices, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

  • All images and information are for reference purposes only.


5. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • OUR MART uses secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store card details.

  • Cancellation policies vary by product/service and are detailed during checkout.


6. Delivery and Service Fulfillment

  • Estimated delivery or service times are provided during checkout.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or technical issues.

  • Delivery personnel are GPS-tracked, and check-ins are time-stamped for transparency.


7. Returns and Refunds

  • Food items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Electronics and services may be eligible for return or refund based on conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.


8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform for illegal purposes.

  • Harass or harm any employee, delivery executive, or other users.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the platform.


9. Roles and Responsibilities

a. Delivery Boy App

  • Must accept and fulfill delivery orders on time.

  • Location must remain active while on duty.

  • Late or fraudulent deliveries may lead to deactivation.

b. Executive App

  • Responsible for fulfilling services (repairs, installations, etc.).

  • Must maintain professional conduct and follow service SOPs.

c. Store Manager App

  • Manage inventory, order processing, and dispatch.

  • Must keep pricing and availability up to date.


10. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, trademarks, app design, and code is owned by Our Mart. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


11. Termination

OUR MART may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You are involved in fraudulent activities

  • You abuse the platform or its users/employees


12. Limitation of Liability

OUR MART shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Service disruption due to external factors

  • Personal injury or product misuse after delivery


13. Force Majeure

Our Mart is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or network failures.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.


15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
